Adrian Hensen studied business and psychology, and in 2016, he co-founded Purpose, an organisation seeking to promote the concept of steward ownership and support entrepreneurs, business leaders, investors and politicians interested in adopting and evolving steward ownership. This form of ownership enables companies to implement long-term independence and value orientation into their DNA – namely on the level of ownership – in a legally binding way. Adrian’s mission with Purpose is to contribute to an economy serving people, planet and society.
