Using the dark side to create organisational change

All organisations may become dysfunctional, developing unhealthy ways of working. Social enterprises and charities are no different from others.
Significant efforts exist in the commercial world to address organisational health with the charitable and social enterprise worlds comparatively bereft of such facilities and resources.
The purpose of this blog series is to increase awareness of issues surrounding the psychological health of organisations in our sector.  As a result we hope this will foster discussions where the leadership in our sector considers how some of the ideas outlined in these articles might impact on their organisations and their work.
In the first instalment, Ben Metz argues that far from being tools of the dark side, anxiety and disinformation are essential tools to begin to change.
