Family business proves ex-criminals are model employees
Some of Timpsons' top employees have done time. That's why they've gone from recruiting from one prison to training up employees from 82 prisons across the UK. Sophie Hudson spoke to Dennis Phillips, welfare manager and ambassador for the Timpson Foundation about the ex-offender recruitment model and discovered its working so well they're showing Greggs, the UK's largest bakery chain, how it's done.
