Andrew is responsible for investments into Social Impact Bonds, and is a Director on the board of Children’s Support Services ltd., Triodos New Horizons ltd. and IAAM Services Ltd. He has over 12 years of experience in financial services and operational management.
Andrew previously worked for MicroCred Groupe, initially as Group Strategy Director, and subsequently as CEO of MicroCred Banque Madagascar, where he led a successful performance turnaround for the fund’s largest portfolio company.
Prior to his work in social investment, Andrew spent 8 years in the UK banking and insurance industry delivering mergers, de-mutualisations, and major operational restructuring programmes.
Andrew has also worked as a strategy consultant for McKinsey and Company. He read Mathematics and Philosophy at Oxford, and holds an MBA from INSEAD.
