Anna Toure is a dedicated country representative for Senegal and senior technical coach for the Heights and Minds Foundation with a passion for nutrition, behavior change, and women’s empowerment. With over five years of experience in development, nutrition, and community projects in Senegal and ECOWAS, Anna has significantly improved nutritional outcomes and empowered women in agricultural communities. She is the founder of Atou Nutrition, a social enterprise focused on enhancing complementary feeding practices and nutrition behavior for children in Senegal. Fluent in French and English, Anna holds a degree in Nutrition and Food Safety.
Claudia Rokx is a health and nutrition expert and a former lead specialist at the World Bank. She founded the Heights and Minds Foundation in 2017. As of January 2020, she dedicates much of her time to Heights and Minds working at the grassroots level and implementing the experience and ideas obtained and developed over the past three decades.
She has a PhD in International Nutrition Policy from the University of Maastricht, has published a variety of books and articles on health and nutrition, and is a frequent keynote speaker on nutrition and child growth at international conferences.
