Ben Smith works as a Ventures Manager on UnLtd’s Big Venture Challenge, supporting social entrepreneurs with access to finance, business support and connections to help them to raise investment and scale their ventures. Ben studied International Business and Modern Languages at Aston University, before spending two years as a management and strategy consultant and two years designing and implementing a change strategy at a university student advice centre. He has founded 3 companies and was named in Shell's top 48 entrepreneurs of 2014. Ben is also a Trustee of Birmingham’s Town Hall Symphony Hall and is close to completing a Masters in Education.
