Jonathan Bland is the founder of Social Business International. After working in the co-operative movement he led Social Enterprise London and Social Enterprise UK. He has worked extensively with British governments and the European Commission to create a social enterprise-friendly policy infrastructure, enabling major changes in the fields of public service innovation, enterprise and employment. He currently leads E3M, a network of social enterprise leaders and “bold commissioners”, working to support social enterprise innovation in public services.
