Tim Segaller is director and co-founder of Rising Minds, a coaching and mindfulness social enterprise based in the UK.
Tim is a professional Certified Coach, Leadership Development Trainer and Mindfulness Teacher, and author of ‘The ABC Guide to Mindfulness’. As a pioneer in the integration of coaching and mindfulness techniques, Tim has developed a distinctive style that pays attention to the full spectrum of his clients’ experience – the head and heart; and the mind and body. His clients particularly appreciate his balance between calm, encouraging support; and structured, rigorous challenge – enabling them to gain quick insights, break through obstacles and achieve sustainable change.
Prior to interpersonal work, Tim’s background was in communications and project management in the private and third sectors, after gaining a First Class degree in Classics from Oxford University. Outside working life, Tim has a creative practice including artwork, film-making and writing, including a multimedia project (friendsintheframe.com) celebrating some of his closest friends.
