Louis is leading the growth of Signal, 60 Decibels' impact intelligence platform. Before joining 60 Decibels he advised social entrepreneurs on their impact strategy. Trained as an international lawyer, he started his career in the humanitarian sector, managing large-scale operations in complex emergencies, getting early exposure to bilateral and multilateral diplomacy. Louis has published opinion pieces in Les Echos and the Huffington Post, legal research for Oxford Human Rights Hub, and literary pieces for Short Edition.
