Dee is the founder of Breakthrough, the UK’s first apprenticeship provider to recruit future leaders directly from prison.
Dee researched Neurodevelopment at University College London, and then worked in strategy consulting for Biotech for almost 10 years. Dee led a variety of global programmes from technology transformation to one of the industry’s largest asset transfers. During the social impact post-graduate programme Year Here, Dee spent six months working in Wandsworth prison, sparking inspiration for her venture Breakthrough.
