Who are your 'exceptional women in social enterprise'? NatWest WISE Week to focus on Covid recovery

We are seeking nominations for the most inspirational women leading the UK's social enterprises during the Covid-19 pandemic. Please nominate by midnight on Sunday 27 September!

Since it's been an exceptional year, we're doing things differently in 2020 – instead of our traditional NatWest WISE100, which lists the UK's top 100 women in social enterprise, impacting investing and purpose-led business, we're seeking nominations for 20 'exceptional women' who have been leading the UK's social enterprises in their battle to survive and thrive during the Covid-19 pandemic.

During 'WISE Week' later this year – starting 16 November – we'll be sharing and celebrating the journeys of some of these exceptional women, and exploring the challenges and achievements they have experienced.

From new social enterprise CEOs to those with decades of experience behind them, we're looking for outstanding women leaders of all kinds, whose stories from the past months can inspire and guide us in the coming months of rebuild and recovery.

Megan Peat, CEO of NatWest Social & Community Capital – the bank's independent social investment charity, which has been supporting social ventures during the pandemic with its own Coronovirus Response Fund – said: "During our work supporting charities and social enterprises through these very challenging months, we've been incredibly impressed by the adaptability, agility and drive that so many have demonstrated in their mission to deliver positive impact for people and communities in need. Many inspiring stories have already emerged from our NatWest SE100 Awards earlier this year.

"As we look forward once again to our annual WISE celebration, we are keen to explore and share the experiences and achievements of women in social enterprise and purpose-led business who have shown exceptional leadership during these exceptional times – and who can be an inspiration to us all as we navigate a path towards rebuild and recovery."

We're opening nominations for TEN DAYS ONLY so please submit your nomination by midnight on Sunday 27 September, by completing the details in the form accessed below:
