Emmet is a senior consultant at Mutual Ventures who is passionate about public service reform. He has been involved in a variety of projects at Mutual Ventures ranging from the reconfiguration of local government services, to the creation of alternative delivery models, to reform within the NHS. Some of Emmet’s research into public service reform has recently been published in ‘How to run a government’ by Sir Michael Barber.
