Naly Rakotoarivony is head of partnership network – Madagascar at Blue Ventures. He leads Blue Ventures’ partnership network in Madagascar, working with partners and fishing communities to co-create sustainable approaches to marine and fisheries management. He supports partners with funding and tailored technical assistance while ensuring that fishers’ voices are heard in governance and decision-making.
Previously, as Head of Policy and Institutional Partnerships, he spearheaded Madagascar’s engagement in the Fisheries Transparency Initiative and convened the country’s first regional symposium on industrial IUU fishing.
