There are lots of ways one might define 'good leadership', and many figures one could select as examples, whether from business, politics, sports or history. At Pioneers Post, we’re interested in a specific kind of leader: some are known as social entrepreneurs or impact investors; some are founders of social enterprises, or B Corps; others are corporate social innovators, or mission-focused business leaders. Whatever they call themselves, we're looking for those leaders who are both trying to make a difference and doing business differently, balancing profit and purpose to create ever more impact.
Pioneers Post’s founding editor Tim West has been meeting and interviewing 'good leaders' from across the global impact space for the past 25 years and is fascinated in the journeys they've been on, what drives them, and the highs and lows they've experienced in growing businesses that aim to do 'good' and do well at the same time.
In this new podcast, he seeks to speaks to good leaders from all around the world to get under the skin of who they are, why they do what they do, how they stay solvent, successful and sane – through good times and bad.
