Prior to founding Square Circle in 2019, Katherine Burnard trained and worked as an Occupational Therapist in mental health services. OTs take a holistic approach to helping people achieve their goals, optimise their wellbeing, and find joy and purpose. ‘Occupation’ isn’t just referring to our job. It’s all the everyday things we do in our life roles, but also the things we do to be who we are, the things we do to create a meaningful life, and to engage with wider society and culture.
