Olivia joined Pioneers Post as a junior journalist in 2021 following her completion of her studies at Woodhouse College. During her time there, she was a student governor and the founder of the Journalism Society.
Olivia has taken on many voluntary roles that have provided her with journalistic experience. She was a politics and current affairs editor at Free Reign Editorial and is a volunteer content contributor for Exposure. She is a member of the Haringey Youth Advisory Board and the blog manager and notes from editors coordinator and writer for CreativityUnleashed. Olivia has written for the Metro Online Opinion Section and various other student online magazines. She has been involved in many community projects like helping to co-produce the Haringey Community Gold, ‘Our Impact’, documentary. She is also a poet and has had her poetry published in The Rev and Haringey Unchained 2021 edition, Exposure and her blog. Her blog is where she publishes self-written content on political, social and current affairs which aims to help educate and amplify the experiences of others.
